The ideal applicant should be experienced with:

• Photoshop and other image editors; such as WYSIWYG editors for HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Flash and PHP is desired, but not required. 
• Qualified candidates will have 2 years exp. with website development, and have ecommerce knowledge. 
• The candidate also needs an understanding of SEO concepts and current trends,
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
